Redefining Intelligence for Central Asia

We are building the foundational layer for hyper-localized AI recruitment, empowering enterprises to seamlessly connect with talent across complex linguistic landscapes.

Our mission: Every candidate deserves a fair, intelligent evaluation — in their own language.

At the heart of AzizaAI is a proprietary Uzbek-language LLM — the first of its kind in the region — making us the only platform that truly understands local candidates.

Our focus

Why we hire for the C-level

C-level is the layer that runs the company — the CEO, CTO, CFO, CMO and COO. In Central Asia these are the hardest seats to fill and the ones where a wrong hire costs the most, so the platform was built for them first rather than adapted to them later.

1

The hire that is most expensive to get wrong

A specialist who is not the right fit can be trained. An executive who is not sets the direction of the whole company, and that is paid for in years rather than in months. The higher the stakes of a seat, the more a deep and structured evaluation of it is worth.

2

Executives do not answer job posts

A CFO who is doing the job well is not reading vacancy listings. Candidates at this level have to be found and approached one at a time — which is what our sourcing does, from LinkedIn, from GitHub or from your own database, instead of waiting for applications that never arrive.

3

Leadership has to be judged in the leader's own language

At this level you are assessing how a person reasons, decides and explains a decision. Do that through someone's second language and you measure their vocabulary instead of their judgement — so the screening call, the transcript and the scorecard all run in Uzbek, Kazakh or Russian.

4

A small market, decided by acquaintance

The region holds a limited number of experienced executives, and most of them are hired on reputation and personal connections. Every candidate we present has been through the same interview and the same scorecard, so a shortlist rests on what was demonstrated rather than on who knows whom.

The same process closes the layer directly beneath — Team Lead and senior specialists — where the same shortage of experienced people applies. Talk to us about a role

Our Technology

Local models, not translations

The screening call, the transcript and the score all happen in the language the candidate actually works in. These are the three the platform covers today.

O‘zbekcha

Uzbek

Our own Uzbek language model runs the screening call, the transcript and the scorecard, so a candidate is judged on what they said rather than on a translation of it.

AI Voice Screening Interface language

Қазақша

Kazakh

Kazakh-speaking candidates are interviewed and scored in Kazakh, so hiring across the border does not force anyone into their second language.

AI Voice Screening Interview language

Русский

Russian

Russian is still the working language of much of the region's hiring, and it is supported the whole way through — from the first screening call to the final scorecard.
